Concessionary rates
I offer a concessionary rate to those on a low income or who are unemployed.
Please note that concessionary spaces are limited to two clients at any one time.

The first session
Our first session is a chance for you to make sure that you feel comfortable with me, and that we are the right fit for each other. It is also an opportunity for me to find out more about what has brought you to counselling. We can talk about any goals that you may have, and what your expectations are from counselling. We will discuss how we will work together, confidentiality and consider any risks.
What happens after the first session?
Sessions will take place on a weekly basis on the same day and at the same time. There can be some flexibility to this which can be discussed and agreed between us.
I offer open ended counselling, which means that sessions will continue for as long as you feel you are benefitting from them. I will check in with you at various stages to discuss how you are finding sessions.
You can end counselling at any time. I would recommend that any ending is agreed collaboratively, with us deciding together when and how the final session will be.
